My background consists of 20 years of full-time experience in the real estate industry as well as formal education including a Bachelors of Science degree combined with many hours of ongoing annual real-estate education.  I also have extensive experience in the real estate investment and remodeling business for maximum "sweat equity" allowing for a keen eye in-home evaluation.  Prior to my real estate career, I was employed in the technology world where I served as both a team leader and weekly facilitator to internal divisions as well as outside vendors.
